President Muhammadu Buhari today caught prominent members of his cabinet unawares with his arrival at the Council Chamber at exactly 9.50amfor the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.
The president arrived 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time for the FEC meeting.
Only 19 ministers out of the 36 ministers were around as of the time the president arrived which included the Head of Service of the Federation, Winifred Oyo-Ita; and the Secretary to the Government tooof the Federation, Babachir Lawal, were also in attendance.
Buhari said: “I came early". He then called for the recitation of the National Anthem.
